FASTING: Fast 1 day per week for 5 weeks (Last Meal Wednesday before 8pm- Eat Again Friday After 4pm What do I consume during fasting- Do 1 3-day fast the 14th-17th day during the 30 day period- Continue in 2nd period of 30 days.
