Sea Moss Prep
Sea Moss wash
Use cold alkaline water a teaspoon of non-aluminum baking soda and organic lime
Use 3 cups of the alkaline water
Teaspoon of baking soda
1 ounce of organic lime
Mix sea moss into water with hands and hand rinse the sea moss until clean
Making sea moss
Bring water to a boil (use 2 cups of water per 1 ounce of sea moss)
Once water is boiling add sea moss
Change high temperature to medium and stir until sea moss dissolves completely
Once dissolved sea moss can be used or stored
Warm sea moss drink
Hemp Milk
Cinnamon (seasoning)
Nutmeg (seasoning)
Ginger (seasoning)
Add hemp milk seasonings and tablespoon of sea moss to a blender. For sweetener add coconut sugar date sugar stevia or raw honey
Warm on low for 5-7 minutes
Drink warm. Add chicory root and or dandelion for coffee replacement
Cool Smoothie
Blueberries
Coconut milk
Limejuice
Apple juice
Sea moss
Hand full or blueberries
2 cups coconut milk
1 ounce of limejuice
2 ounces of apple juice
2 tablespoons of sea moss
Sea Moss Jello
Add fruit to sea moss after preparation phase of sea moss mentioned above
Add coconut milk
Add handful of blueberries, or raspberries, or slices of mango or other fruit
Add lime juice according to amount of sea moss jello you are making
Add sweeteners mentioned above
Place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours
