Summary Proposal:
NATIVE LABS © ™ ® will operate as the first accredited lab of the Xi-Amaru Tribal Government. Its purpose will be to work with the (AMA) to administer services for our Indigenous Health Care Program for nationals and to service IPA members and other Indigenous Peoples of other Jurisdictions with diagnostic services, annual DNA Methylome testing, and specialized testing for DNA Anthropology, and bioanalysis for our INDIGENOUS AGE REVERSAL PROGRAM © ® ™.

Dr Ali works primarily in nutrigenomics and genetic biodiversity studies. The Biodiversity students are both scientific and political.
The Political aspect addresses the NEED for biological specific nutrition treatments supplements and health care. Indigenous Peoples anatomy and physiology have been studied intensely and it is known that their biological matrixes require different nutrition supplements and diagnostics. NATIVE LABS © ™ ® addresses this issue via primary study diagnostics and assessments.
The scientific & educational aspects deal with the steroidal hormone D3 misnamed vitamin d3 and the need to address its impact on genetics melanin and indigenous peoples’ health. D3 controls 5-7% of the human genome 1200-1500 genes and controls the proteins transcribed associated with those genes. Melanin acts as an epigenetic genetic trigger for thousands of genes. NATIVE LABS is interested in direct genetic diagnostics for each individual. Our healthcare program addresses this by providing 1 DNA methylome test per participant annually. This detailed health care addresses the clients DIRECT genetic and epigenetic needs. It also gives data on how to work with clients for a disease-free body and DNA repair and age reversal techniques for each client specifically. This plan will remove adverse health conditions in our Indigenous Communities totally and enhance our GDP by having an Institution with systematic processes to spread this Health Paradigm globally.
We will be educating interns on 6-month cycles and franchising the NATIVE LABS domestically and Internationally.

In order to secure a space that is accessible, isolated from high human traffic, and able to sustain possible lockdowns, we have selected a residential area instead of a commercial area. A residential locations allows for the following.
· Purchase with easy accessible Tax Exemption on property Taxes
· Secure from halts on business services from potential lockdowns due to various projected virus outbreaks (Monkey Pox – Marburg Virus)
· Onsite supervision from interns who can also sleep at the facility if necessary when doing labs
· Area to add on bio testing of agricultural products that service the Product distribution arm of the AMA Service
· Place the Land in an Indigenous Trust to avoid licensing permits etc to carry out (Private) Tribal Medical Procedures without state intervention
